Payment
We accept the following card/payment types: Dankort, Visa Electron, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, MobilePay.
We do not charge card fees for cards issued within the EU.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.
Bank transfer to reg. no. 5951 account no.: 00004035092 in Andelskassen

With bank transfers, you are not protected by the objection scheme.

We do not accept payment from off. institutions via EAN.

Shipping
We offer delivery with Postnord and GLS in Denmark – and Postnord and their partners abroad

Delivery by Postord or GLS to any delivery point in Denmark is free of charge for purchases over DKK 699,- otherwise from DKK 55,-.

Shipping price in Denmark is DKK 65,- for delivery with Postnord and GLS to your postal address
There may be situations where GLS/PostNord delivers to another parcel shop due to space problems
Shipping prices to other countries vary depending on the country. the weight of the goods and can be viewed immediately before payment.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day you have received your goods. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. For returns, please send an email to kontakt@lykkesoe.dk.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us.

Booking pitches
When you want to book a pitch at LykkeSø, you can do so directly via our online booking system. Please note that spaces are limited and we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Your reservation will only be confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us. All our sites are cleaned up and we expect you to leave the site in the same condition as you found it. Leaving the space in an unsatisfactory condition may result in an additional charge. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled arrival for a full refund. For cancellations with shorter notice, the full fee will be charged. Lending Equipment
When you borrow equipment from LykkeSø, you enter into a loan agreement subject to the following terms. The loan period starts from the date the equipment is delivered or picked up and ends on the agreed return date. Customers are responsible for returning the equipment in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear. Damage to the equipment caused by misuse, neglect or accidents will be billed to the customer. Any delays in returning the equipment may incur additional charges, calculated on a day-to-day basis. We reserve the right to charge the payment for repair or replacement of damaged equipment, or for late returns, directly to the credit card you provided when ordering. By renting equipment from our webshop, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions about our rental policy, please contact us.

Buying an annual pass
The annual pass can only be purchased at LykkeSø by contacting us at christian@lykkesoe.dk
15 annual passes are issued per year, current annual pass members will always get first bid on the 15 available annual passes. It is possible to be added to the waiting list by contacting Christian at christian@lykkeose.dk

The annual pass is valid from calendar year to calendar year.
Payment is made either in cash or via our mobilepay no. 408706, before the start of the calendar year. The annual pass is personal and cannot be transferred or sold to other persons etc.
The annual pass can be canceled or refunded up to 14 days after purchase.
If the annual pass is used within the 14-day right of withdrawal, the annual pass cannot be refunded.

Use of boats in LykkeSø
Use of your own boat in LykkeSø is not permitted. Only the boats provided by LykkeSø may be used. In situations where the boat is to be used – for example when fishing tackle is stuck or fish are caught – it is mandatory to wear a life jacket. This rule applies without exceptions and aims to ensure the user’s safety on the water.

Please note that LykkeSø does not lend life jackets and it is therefore the responsibility of the user to bring a suitable life jacket. For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to use the boat without a life jacket.

Periodic closure:
1-2 times a year, shorter closures can be expected due to new releases of newly purchased fish or that the fish have gone on lease.
When releasing new fish, we will notify members in the best possible time, expected closure time here is 2-4 weeks.
When the fish breed, this cannot be predicted and thus a relatively quick closure can occur at short notice, expected 1-2 weeks.

In the event of a permanent closure of fishing, all annual card members will be compensated based on the period during which it has been possible to fish.
and notified as far in advance as possible.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Returns
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
For returns (for goods delivered to a Danish address), you can use the return label sent by e-mail that was sent with the purchase. If you want to return to cancel the purchase and get your money back, the return postage will cost you from 55,- which will be deducted from your refund amount. If you are returning for exchange or complaint, the return postage will be free of charge.
If you want to return by another shipping method, it must be delivered to the door and must not be left at our address unattended.
When returning goods delivered to a foreign address, the buyer bears the shipping costs to Denmark.
You are liable if damage occurs during transportation.

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be canceled:

Delivery of non-financial services that have been completed if you have previously accepted that the service will be started and that your right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

Delivery of goods purchased by the meter or in bulk, e.g. fishing line

Delivery of goods that have been made to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
Delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly. E.g. live bait or feed.
Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery. For example, freeze-dried or self-produced feed products.

The condition of the item when you return it
If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only get part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases this may mean that you cannot get a refund.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in an impairment of the item.
The item must always be returned properly packaged, putting the postage label directly on the original packaging may result in an impairment of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. However, if you return the item using our return label, the postage will cost you from 55,- which will be deducted from your refund amount. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund the price of the returned goods no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us documentation that you have returned them.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.
This means that you have a right of complaint for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation/our assessment.

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. You can always write to us and receive a prepaid return label by email. The item must always be returned in proper packaging.
For customers with an address in Denmark: Contact us at christian@lykkesoe.dk to receive a prepaid postage label by e-mail if you are not still in possession of the one we sent when the item was shipped.

Privacy policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, tel. no. and email address.

We register and disclose the personal data that is necessary to deliver the product to you.

Personal data is registered with LykkeSø and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.
We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.
The data controller at www.lykkesoe.dk is Christian Lykke Lyngsø.
You have the right to know what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we needed it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. I agree that LykkeSø may contact me with information about the product range. Including reminder emails, offers and products, competitions and events. You can unsubscribe at any time via an unsubscribe link in the newsletter. By signing up, I agree to the terms and conditions, including the privacy policy.

Complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact (Christian Lykke Lyngsø at christian@lykkesoe.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the complaint portal for Nævnenes Hus.

To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000, and there is a fee to have the complaint processed.

When you shop at an e-branded webshop, you can have your case processed free of charge – regardless of the amount.

If you reside in an EU country other than Denmark, you can complain to the EU Commission’s complaint portal here – http://ec.europa.eu/odr
